First, install server-memory MCP tool (see tips on how to do that). Once installed, you can tell Claude to
"come up with a solution to Claude's maximum conversation length limit. You have the server-memory MCP tool to help."
It's that simple! Then do what Claude tells you to do. If your thread ends, use the prompt Claude told you to use when you start a new thread, and it should be able to pick up where it left off.
